The more I look at t-shirt graphics the less I am interested in the story, which is kind of sad. Although it's nice when the graphic sparks that curiosity to dig a little deeper. And so is the case with Handsome Clothing.

Eric from UNIF introduced me to Diet Butcher Slim Skin a while ago. He told me about some $800 high tops that he was getting. They came in the mail, he popped them open and I think I quietly laughed to myself. They looked like they had been worn by a Japanese girl for about a year as she went on a drunken sex-capade through the streets of Tokyo peeing on herself and sleeping in grass. He thought they were amazing, I think I caught him licking them at one point. In retrospect they were some pretty ill shoes. And come to find out they make ill tees too!

This one speaks for itself. EIKNARF has exploded on the blog scene, at least in my world. Seems to be in tight with virtually every scene I can think of. This is one of a set of collabos he did with BLACK SCALE I dig all the graphics he did, seems at 23 this producer, designer, blogger has been grinding since age 3.

DETH KILLS has been getting up in LA for years. I've always loved there aesthetic and I don't think they ever spot jocked me once! These guys are in it for the long haul! STAY UP!

Shepard is one of my favorite artists, not to mention he is just a super generous and intelligent person. But for some reason I find myself boycotting the OBEY line. Come to think of it, it has nothing to do with Shepard or the aesthetic of the line at all, its just that everyone wears it, everyone has it, and it's EVERYWHERE! It's just not special to me. But when I saw this tee I had to let me guard down.. I love this shirt. Reminds me of my old SLIME BALLS shirt, and all the old Santa Cruz art.

I came across SINGLE SECOND on the EIKNARF blog which is equally worth checking out, possibly not while at work. SINGLE SECOND is an inspiration. Why? "Single Second was not born from sense of need to be wealthy, be trend setting, or belong…"
